Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Restivion and related goods from Plyxaronshyx when sold to consumers in New Zealand unless a separate contract states otherwise.

Consumer guarantees

New Zealand consumer law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

Change of mind

Where we offer change-of-mind returns, they are voluntary and subject to the conditions stated at checkout. Sealed food supplements may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for safety reasons unless required by law.

How to request a return

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times may add several business days.
